The Hotels and Motels are filled up with homeless families who lost their homes during the recent Balloon Boom on Real Estate that was caused by false appraisals and shady sales at inflated prices(That was the REAL cause of the heated market it was not ALL caused by bad loans) We hear about how home owners are losing their homes due to foreclosure but no one is talking about the backbone of America…the Working Renting families of Florida that have been SOLD out of house and home. Rentals are hovering around $1000 a month.Electric and water have jumped their rates, food is practically doubled and WE who rent are all like these families stuck in a motel outside of Disney. What scares me the most is we wouldn’t have the money for a motel room even and the car is not fit to sleep in. Now, what is going to happen in Orlando regarding crime ? I’ll tell you, Desparate People tend to do lots of things out of desparation. The State has already house many foster families in Hotels. Now others are finding there way there. It is no way to live. Where are the people that CARE enough to say something?
